Upon arrival at Bishops Lydeard, Class 47 No. D1661 'North Star' was attached as a pilot. Presumably, then, the crew of the 67 hadn't driven the route of the West Somerset Railway before. |

There had been an event on the previous weekend, so GWR King 4-6-0 No. 6024 'King Edward 1st' was to be seen receiving attention outside Williton shed. A bit of a hark back to a few years ago found us doing a similar railtour with this loco from Reading to Minehead! |
